會想寫音樂，一方面是回憶，另一方面則是做為偷懶時的小主題。既然最近電影和影集都沒什麼在看，就寫一下這個來回味當下的想法。

產自加拿大多倫多，由主唱Trevor McNevan、貝斯手Joel Bruyere，以及鼓手Steve Augustine三人組成的搖滾樂團Thousand Foot Krutch (TFK)，自1997年創團至今，共已發行七張專輯，其中又以第四張專輯《Phenomenon》為翹楚。可惜TFK中文資料不多，等有餘力時再對他們做詳細些的介紹。

2003年發行的《Phenomenon》中共收錄十二首歌曲。接續上張專輯《Set It Off》的龐克路線，新添加的嘻哈與說唱詮釋的新金屬(Ne Metal)曲風令人印象更加深刻，如"Phenomenon"、"This is a Call"、"New Design"等，其中又以"Rawkfist"─這首曲名截自於"rock fist"意涵的重金饒舌歌曲─最受樂迷喜愛。國外不少運動頻道(如ESPN)為年度賽事做經典回顧單元時，都用這首歌做背景樂。另外美劇《Smallville》也將這首用為S03E13 "Velocity"的配樂。
